International Support

Our consumer banking solution offers the option of broad support for international banking requirements. Key enhancements include multi-lingual and multi-currency capabilities as well as support for localization standards such as date and time. With these enhancements, our consumer banking solution becomes a truly global product that offers financial institutions the means to deliver electronic banking services to their customers operating around the world.

Multi-Lingual Capability-Our consumer banking solution can support a variety of Western European languages with simultaneous support for all languages based on the ISO Latin-1 character set (ISO 8859-1). With Multiple Lingual Capability customers may select the language they prefer to use when accessing an account through the web. Languages currently supported include:

· Afrikaans (South Africa) · Basque (Spain) · Catalan (Spain) · Danish (Denmark) · Dutch (Netherlands, Belgium) · English (U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, South Africa, Ireland) · Finnish (Finland) · French (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada) · German (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein) · Icelandic (Iceland) · Indonesian (Indonesia) · Italian (Italy, Switzerland) · Norwegian (Norway) · Portuguese (Portugal, Brazil) · Spanish (Spain, South America) · Swedish (Sweden)

Multi-Currency Support-The financial institution can implement a system in which multiple currency symbols can be displayed from the same application, within the same session, and on the same web page. For example, a customer may have an account holding both German marks and French francs. The application can display both currencies on the same summary/transaction screen.

Localization Conventions-Our consumer banking solution supports various localization standards and international conventions for date, time, address and telephone. A Developers Localization Guide has been created and serves as a technical guide or "road map" for developers who are creating localized consumer banking solutions for non-U.S. banks.
